How we fulfill your order

Accessories Mall is a specialty battery retailer headquartered in Shenzhen, China, with dedicated fulfillment inventory pre-positioned in the United States to serve North American customers. For the majority of US orders, your battery ships directly from our US warehouse via USPS — not from overseas.

This means:

• No customs delays for standard US orders shipped from domestic inventory.
• USPS tracking from a US origin address.
• Returns accepted to a US return address — you do not ship back to China.

Order processing schedule

• Orders placed Monday–Friday are dispatched same business day.
• Orders placed on Saturday–Sunday are dispatched the following Monday.
• Tracking information appears in your order the next business day after dispatch.

About our supply chain

Our founder has been sourcing replacement batteries directly from certified manufacturers since 2008. Batteries are quality-inspected at origin before being allocated to regional warehouses. This direct-from-manufacturer model lets us offer OEM-grade quality at significantly lower prices than retail repair shops or device manufacturers.

All batteries comply with IATA/ICAO regulations for lithium battery air transport and are shipped in approved packaging with required documentation.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery. US customers return to a US return address — not to China. Please contact battery@accessories-mall.com to initiate a return and receive the correct return label and address.
