Important Preparations and Installation Guide for Buying Replacement Batteries

How do I know what replacement battery I need?

1.If you have the old battery, this is good.you only look for a code printed directly on the battery, usually starting with letters/numbers.

2.If the battery is internal or hard to reach,you look on the back label, original box, or system settings full model In the back of device.

When will the goods be dispatched after the order is placed?

At Accessories-Mall,The orders placed by customers on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched within 1–2 business days. After the shipment, the logistics information will fill into the order system the next day. Therefore, customers may not be able to see the logistics information on the same day of placing the order, but it will be available the next day. The orders for Saturday and Sunday will not be dispatched until Monday, and the logistics information will not be available until Tuesday.

The battery cannot be charged after being installed?

We have 100% confidence in the products we have sold. If the product fails to charge, please follow the instructions below:

1. Can your machine function properly without any replacement?

2. Is the battery properly installed?

3. After the battery is installed, please wait for a few minutes to ensure that the machine has fully started.

The above steps cannot solve your problem. Please send us an email and attach the installation video. We will either resend it to you or offer a refund.

Why is there no brand logo on the received batteries?

For some products, we have encapsulated the logos with certain materials. Please tear them open and you will be able to see the logos. You can also contact us at any time to solve the problem.

Can I replace the battery in my robot vacuum?

Absolutely!it’s actually one of the easiest maintenance tasks that makes your device feel brand new again.You need to match model number + voltage + capacity,and make sure your machine can use.Many of our buyers found that the batteries which they purchased couldn't be charged. In fact, 99% of the reason is that their machines were already broken, not a problem with our batteries.

How can a refund be processed if the battery is purchased incorrectly or is not capable of charging?

If you have any problems with the batteries you purchased, you can contact us via email or WhatsApp. Or you can directly apply for a refund on the website where you made the purchase. We will handle it on the same working day.
