How many spare POC batteries can I bring on a plane?

For batteries under 100 Wh (which covers most Inogen and OxyGo single and double batteries), the FAA sets no numerical limit—but you must be able to physically carry them. Use the 150% rule based on your total transit time to determine the exact number you need.

Can POC batteries go in checked luggage?

No. All spare lithium-ion batteries must be in your carry-on baggage. Only the battery currently installed in the device may be in checked luggage (inside the device). This rule is non-negotiable under FAA Advisory Circular AC 120-76E.

How we fulfill your order

Accessories-Mall is operated by Shenzhen Xinzhengshengfa Trading Technology Co., Ltd., headquartered in Shenzhen, China. We hold selected inventory in a United States fulfillment location to serve North American customers. Most US orders ship from our US inventory via USPS with US-origin tracking. Items not held in US inventory, and most international orders, ship from our China warehouse with international tracking.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the destinations we serve (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries). There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden handling fees.

Order processing

Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends are processed the following Monday. Tracking information appears in your order within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The correct return address (US or China) depends on where your order shipped from, and we will provide it when you start a return. Please contact battery@accessories-mall.com for return instructions.

Our founder has worked in the replacement-battery supply business since 2008, sourcing directly from manufacturers. This direct sourcing model lets us offer competitive prices on third-party replacement batteries. All batteries are replacement parts.
