We stand behind the quality of our batteries. If you experience any issue, please follow the simple process below.
Based on the statistics of the batteries we have sold, a large number of customers have sent us email reporting that the batteries couldn't be used. 98% of the reasons were that the batteries were installed incorrectly, or the customers' own devices were already broken. When customers encounter any problems, please send us an email along with a complete video showing the installation of the battery on the device.
Submit Request

Review And Approval
We respond within 24 hours with return instructions. If no reply within 24 working hours, please resend your email.
Return or Replacement
Non-quality issues: buyer pays return shipping.
Quality issues: FREE replacement or refund.
No return label is required. After you return the goods, just take a photo of the shipping receipt and send it to us.
