At Accessories-Mall, we sell third-party replacement batteries and power accessories. We want every customer to receive the correct product in working condition. Please read the policy below before placing an order.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, product name, delivery date, and the reason for your return.
2. Returns for Non-Defective Items
If you ordered the wrong item, no longer need the product, or changed your mind, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
For non-defective returns:
- The buyer pays return shipping.
- Original shipping fees are not refundable.
- A refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- If the returned item is damaged, missing parts, or not in resaleable condition, we may reduce or refuse the refund.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Please include photos or a short video showing the issue, the product label, and the package label.
For confirmed defective, damaged, or wrong items:
- We will offer a free replacement, refund, or another reasonable solution.
- We will cover the return shipping cost if a return is required.
- We may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping after receiving the return tracking receipt.
4. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
5. One-Year Product Warranty
Most replacement batteries sold by Accessories-Mall include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty covers:
- Battery cannot charge normally
- Battery cannot hold charge due to a manufacturing defect
- Battery is not recognized due to a confirmed product fault
- Other confirmed manufacturing defects
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal battery capacity decrease over time
- Incorrect installation
- Incompatible device model or wrong part number ordered by the customer
- Damage caused by misuse, drops, water, overheating, overcharging, or improper storage
- Device motherboard, charger, software, or charging-circuit problems
- Products modified, opened, repaired, or tampered with by the customer
- Products purchased from other sellers
For confirmed warranty defects, we will provide a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution. If a return is required, we will provide return instructions.
6. Return Address
Please contact us before sending any return. The correct return address may vary depending on your order, product type, and shipping location.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
7. Compatibility Responsibility
Replacement batteries are model-specific. Please check the battery part number, voltage, capacity, and compatible device model before ordering.
If you are unsure, contact us before purchase and we will help verify compatibility.
8. Payment Provider Protection
For the fastest resolution, please contact us first if there is any issue with your order. This policy does not limit any buyer protection rights available through your payment provider.
